IPACK-IMA 2018: what’s new

Protagonist of the Innovation Alliance and bolstered by its international agreements with interpack (Messe Dűsseldorf), IPACK-IMA 2018 reinforces its own influence in the field of shows dedicated to the world of packaging, wrapping and processing. With the asset of the new feature represented by IPACK-Mat.

The 24th edition of Ipack-IMA covers new exhibition areas and grows in quality.
At Fiera Milano, from May 29 to June 1 2018, a complete and functional business experience can be lived through, ordered into eight Business Communities on the basis of the outlet sector (Food, Fresh&Convenience; Confectionary; Beverage; Pasta, Bakery & Milling; Industrial & Durable Goods; Health & Personal Care; Chemicals Industrial & Home, Fashion & Luxury).
Six months from the start of the event, the market response has been great: the latest data speak of  850 signups. Along with the leading Italian manufacturers of packaging and packaging machines, there will be space in the 9 halls for national and international food processing companies as well as companies specializing in the production of materials, robots and industrial components.

Packaging of the future at IPACK-Mat
IPACK-IMA dedicates a special area to the world of materials, the IPACK-Mat section set up in Pavilion 14, at the centre of the trade show fair structure and  ideally – and physically –  connected to PLAST-Mat, a parallel and complementary project of the PLAST 2018 event, which takes place at the same time in the adjacent pavilions.
IPACK-IMA therefore completes IPACK-IMA’s product offering,  proposing an exhibition area entirely dedicated to special protective packaging, premium packaging for cosmetics, fashion, food & beverage, confectionery, wine & liquor … As well as smart and ecocompatible packaging: all innovative and high added value solutions in terms of raw materials and components, with anti-counterfeiting solutions, traceability and focus on e-commerce packaging.
